I’ve heard many stories about how student loan servicers (the company that sends you bills each month) can make the process of paying off your loans even more difficult. I hear from people across the country about all kinds of problems they’ve faced with their servicers, from lost paperwork and inaccurate information to being overcharged and not being notified of important deadlines that cause their bills to sometimes more than double.
