Washington, D.C. – On June 14, Jobs With Justice Executive Director Sarita Gupta is slated to speak at the White House’s United State of Women Summit. Gupta, along with Student Labor Action Project Organizer Beth Huang, will also appear the following day at the Department of Labor’s Worker Voice Summit: The Power of Women’s Voices.

“As a working mom and a leader of two organizations that invest deeply in improving the lives of women and their families, I’m honored to be appearing at these incredible events with thousands of inspiring women from across the country. When women come together for a fair return on their work, we can move mountains. So I cannot wait to spark conversations that will ignite the change that women in this country are hungry for. I look forward to lifting up the stories of the women who fuel Jobs With Justice by demanding a better future for our daughters and nieces – and generations of working women to follow.”
