Emily manages our Salesforce database, coordinates direct mail, sends donor acknowledgments, and supports other development projects as needed. She also supports our annual Eleanor Roosevelt Human Rights Awards Celebration and silent auction. Before joining the team at Jobs With Justice, Emily worked as a volunteer coordinator and then a development associate for United Community Ministries, a local human services nonprofit, where she increased volunteer engagement, provided event logistics and oversaw donor relations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Christopher Newport University.
